The 2011 Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday 1 May 2011 in Locharbriggs Community Centre, Dumfries and the following Office Bearers were elected:

 

President: C Saunders

Secretray/Treasurer: Ann Saunders

Chairperson: Geoff Gradwell

Vice Chairperson: W Bray

Show Manager: D M Smith

Assistant Show Manager: W Bray

Auditors: L Cowan

Patronage Secretary: Christine Saunders

 

It was agreed that subscriptions for 2012 would stay the same as 2011.

 

It was also agreed that the cost of patronage for 2012 would stay the same as 2011.

 

It was agreed by all members present that the show in August 2012 will be the Jim Saunders Memorial Show along side the NBFA Club Show.
